Logging Workouts
Every session you log becomes part of your permanent movement archive. This page covers how to create an entry, what you can include, and how to handle common situations like past-dating a workout or copying a session you do regularly.
Importing Workouts
If your workouts are already recorded somewhere else — on Strava or on a Garmin device — you don't have to re-enter them by hand. Cairnholm can import them with full detail: duration, distance, elevation, heart rate, and mile splits.
Plans & Goals
Beyond logging individual sessions, Terra lets you work toward something. This page covers AI-generated workout plans, workout goals, and personal records — all accessible from the Home and Records tabs.
Tracking Progress
Cairnholm gives you several ways to see how your movement habit is building over time — from a quick year-to-date summary to a full year of training in a heatmap.
