Intimacy Tracking

The Intimacy tab is a private log for tracking your intimate life as a couple. Everything here is completely private — it is never visible to anyone other than you and cannot be published.

Adding an entry

Tap the + button from the Intimacy tab.

Fields:

  • Date — when it happened (defaults to today)
  • Time — the time of day (optional)
  • Duration — how long, in minutes (optional)
  • Satisfaction — a 1–5 rating using a heart scale (optional)
  • Initiation — who initiated: Me, Partner, or Mutual (optional)
  • Location — Home, Away, or Other (optional)
  • Mood before — how you felt going in: Excited, Neutral, Tired, Stressed, Relaxed, or Other (optional)
  • Mood after — how you felt afterward: Satisfied, Neutral, Energized, Sleepy, Connected, or Other (optional)
  • Positions — select from the positions library (optional)

None of the optional fields are required. A date alone is a valid entry.

What the Intimacy tab shows

Each entry in the list displays the date, time, duration, satisfaction rating, mood badges (before and after), and any positions logged. A frequency indicator at the top shows how many entries you have in the last N days.

Positions library

The Manage tab includes a positions library you can use when logging intimacy entries. It comes with a set of default positions (marked as System Defaults, which can't be deleted) and lets you add your own custom entries. Custom positions can be deleted at any time.

Why track intimacy?

Over time the log surfaces patterns that are easy to miss in real life — frequency trends, how your mood before an encounter affects how you feel after, whether initiation balance has shifted. Some couples find the data useful for conversations about their relationship; others just find it grounding to have an honest record. Use it in whatever way is meaningful to you.

Privacy reminder

The Intimacy tab displays a privacy banner as a persistent reminder that this data is visible only to you. It is never included in any published or shared content.
